What Are E-Signatures in Zelosify?
Zelosify includes a built-in cryptographic signing system designed for internal workflow authorization, SOW acceptance, and department-level approvals. It allows your organization to log intent to sign and execute internal documents without leaving the platform.
Key Capabilities
- Send documents (SOWs, internal drafts, approvals) for digital signature
- Multiple signers with configurable signing order
- Draw, type, or upload signature images
- Cryptographic verification with timestamps, IP addresses, and document SHA-256 hashes
- Automatic email reminders for pending signers
- Secure document storage with tamper-evident seals
Usage Guidelines & Legal Status
- Internal Tracking: Zelosify signatures are cryptographic records used for internal organization tracking, SOW approvals, and record-keeping.
- External Legal Contracts: Zelosify does not integrate external Certificate Authorities or third-party trust service providers (TSPs) in the default build. For legally binding external customer contracts or complex regulated transactions, we recommend executing via your dedicated external certified e-signature providers (e.g., DocuSign, Adobe Sign).
