For Senders

  • Signer not responding? Use the "Remind" button (more effective than manual email)
  • Need to change a signer? Void the current request and create a new one with updated signers
  • Made an error in the document? Void the request, fix the document, resend
  • Signer left the company? Void and resend to the new contact

For Signers

  • Don't recognize the sender? The invitation always shows who sent it. If suspicious, don't click — contact the sender directly.
  • Need more time to review? The document doesn't expire until the configured date. Take your time.
  • Want a copy before signing? Click "Download Original" before signing to save an unsigned copy.
  • Made a mistake in your signature? Before clicking "Complete," you can clear and redo any field.
