Slow Performance
Diagnose and resolve performance issues with Zelosify.

General Performance Tips
- Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox — latest version)
- Close unnecessary browser tabs (frees memory)
- Clear browser cache periodically (Settings → Clear browsing data)
- Disable heavy browser extensions while using Zelosify
- Use wired internet connection for large uploads/downloads
- If on VPN, try direct connection (VPN can add latency)
When to Contact Support
- Consistent slow performance across multiple browsers/devices
- Specific pages that never load (potential bug)
- Error messages (500, 502, 503) appearing frequently
- Performance degradation after a specific date (may indicate account issue)
