General Performance Tips

  1. Use a modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox — latest version)
  2. Close unnecessary browser tabs (frees memory)
  3. Clear browser cache periodically (Settings → Clear browsing data)
  4. Disable heavy browser extensions while using Zelosify
  5. Use wired internet connection for large uploads/downloads
  6. If on VPN, try direct connection (VPN can add latency)

When to Contact Support

  • Consistent slow performance across multiple browsers/devices
  • Specific pages that never load (potential bug)
  • Error messages (500, 502, 503) appearing frequently
  • Performance degradation after a specific date (may indicate account issue)
