Missing Data or Sync Issues
Resolve issues with missing contracts, vendors, or data that should be visible.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| Contract/vendor not showing | Wrong filter applied | Clear all filters; check "All" status view |
| Recently added item not visible | Browser cache | Hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R) |
| Item was there yesterday, now gone | Someone archived/deleted it | ask team if changes were made |
| Vendor shows for colleague but not me | Role-based access | Your role may not have access; check with admin |
| AI search doesn't find uploaded contract | Still processing | Wait 2-5 minutes after upload; check processing status |
| Calendar integration not syncing | Token expired | Disconnect and reconnect the calendar integration |
| SCIM users not appearing | Provisioning delay or error | Admin: check SCIM sync status for errors |
| Notifications not arriving | Preferences set to off | Check Settings → Notifications; verify email isn't blocked |
