PDF Upload Failures
Resolve issues with uploading and processing PDF documents.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| "File too large" | Exceeds plan limit (50MB) | Compress the PDF or split into parts |
| "Unsupported format" | Not a valid PDF | Ensure file is .pdf (not .doc, .docx, .jpg) |
| "File is password-protected" | PDF has open password | Remove password protection before uploading |
| Upload hangs/stalls | Network interruption | Check connection; try again; reduce file size |
| "Processing failed" | Corrupted PDF or encoding issue | Try re-exporting from source; ensure valid PDF structure |
| AI extraction is poor/inaccurate | Scanned document, poor quality | Use text-based PDFs; improve scan resolution |
