Login & Authentication Issues
Resolve common login, SSO, and authentication problems.
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| "Invalid email or password" | Wrong credentials | Double-check email; try "Forgot Password" |
| "Account not found" | Not registered, or different email | Verify you're using the same email as your invitation |
| "Account locked" | Too many failed attempts (lockout triggers on the 6th failed attempt) | Wait 15 minutes, or use "Forgot Password" |
| SSO redirect loops | Misconfigured IdP settings | Admin: verify ACS URL and Entity ID match |
| "SSO configuration not found" | Domain not linked to SSO | Admin: verify email domain is mapped in SSO config |
| MFA code not working | Time drift on your device | Sync your authenticator app's time; try a new code |
| "Session expired" | Inactivity timeout | Sign in again; check with admin about timeout settings |
| "Access denied" | Insufficient role permissions | Contact your admin to verify your role assignment |
| Google/Microsoft Sign-In fails | Email mismatch | Your social login email must match your Zelosify email |
| Password reset link expired | Clicked after 1 hour | Request a new reset link |
If None of the Above Work
- Clear browser cache and cookies for app.zelosify.com
- Try a different browser or incognito/private mode
- Disable browser extensions (especially ad blockers and privacy tools)
- Check if your company's network/firewall blocks Zelosify domains
