Contract Statuses

|---|---|
| Draft | Contract is being created or edited, not yet finalized |
| Pending Review | Awaiting internal review/approval |
| Pending Signature | Sent for e-signature, awaiting all parties |
| Active | Fully executed and currently in effect |
| Expiring Soon | Active but within the configured renewal alert window |
| Expired | Past the end date with no renewal |
| Renewed | Superseded by a new version/renewal |
| Terminated | Ended early via termination clause |
| Archived | Removed from active views, retained for records |
