Contract Renewal & Expiry Alerts
Never miss a contract renewal or expiration with Zelosify's automated alert system.
Renewal Tracking Overview
Zelosify monitors every contract's expiration date and renewal terms, sending proactive alerts to ensure you never miss a critical deadline.
Alert Configuration
- Navigate to Settings → Contracts → Renewal Alerts
- Configure alert lead times:
- First alert: X days before expiry (default: 90 days)
- Second alert: X days before expiry (default: 60 days)
- Final alert: X days before expiry (default: 30 days)
- Overdue alert: X days after expiry (default: 1 day)
- Choose recipients: Contract owner, department head, or specific users
- Choose channels: Email, in-app notification, or both
Auto-Renewal Detection
When AI processes a contract, it identifies auto-renewal clauses:
- Auto-Renewal Detected: Alerts include the opt-out deadline
- Example: "Contract auto-renews on Dec 31. Must give 60-day notice to opt out. Deadline: Nov 1."
- Manual Renewal: Alerts remind you to initiate renewal discussions
- No Renewal: Alerts notify that the contract will simply expire
Renewal Actions
From a renewal alert, you can:
- Renew: Create a renewal contract (pre-filled from the original)
- Renegotiate: Mark as "In Negotiation" and track updates
- Let Expire: Acknowledge and mark as intentionally expiring
- Snooze: Dismiss the alert for X days
Renewal Dashboard Widget
The dashboard shows:
- Contracts expiring this month / next 30 / 60 / 90 days
- Auto-renewals with upcoming opt-out deadlines
- Contracts already expired without action
- Total value of expiring contracts
