Contract-Level Spend Tracking
Each contract has financial tracking that shows:
- Contract Value: The total value of the agreement
- Spent to Date: How much has been paid/invoiced against this contract
- Remaining Budget: Contract value minus spent
- Burn Rate: Average monthly spend against this contract
Spend Data Sources
- Manual entry (log payments directly in Zelosify)
- Timesheet-linked (auto-calculated from approved timesheets × hourly rates)(this is coming soon)
- Integration sync (from accounting/ERP systems, if connected)
Spend Views

Alerts & Thresholds
- Alert when spend reaches 80% of contract value
- Alert when spend exceeds contract value (overrun)
- Alert when spend rate suggests budget will be exhausted before term ends
- Configurable thresholds per contract or organization-wide
