- Full access to vendor registry (create, edit, archive vendors)
- Full contract lifecycle (upload, draft, edit, send for signature, archive)
- AI features: contract drafting, RAG queries, clause extraction
- SOW creation and management
- E-signature: send documents for signature, sign own assignments
- Timesheet approval for assigned vendors
- Dashboard and analytics (team-scoped)
- Invite vendors to the platform
- Search and filter across all contracts and vendors
When to Assign
- Procurement team members
- Contract managers
- Legal team members managing vendor agreements
- Operations managers overseeing vendor relationships
Restrictions
- Cannot manage other internal users (except vendor invitations)
- Cannot access billing or organization settings
- Cannot configure SSO/SCIM
- Cannot access audit logs or GDPR functions
