- External vendors/suppliers engaged by your organization
- Contractor company representatives
Restrictions
- Cannot see other vendors' data
- Cannot access AI features
- Cannot create or modify contracts
- Cannot access internal dashboards or analytics
- Limited to their own vendor scope — complete data isolation
