The Onboarding Wizard
After your organization is created, Zelosify guides you through a step-by-step onboarding flow:
Phase 1: Identity & Access

| 3 | Set up SCIM provisioning (optional) | Automates user lifecycle |

Phase 2: Vendor & Contract Foundation

| 5 | Upload existing contracts (bulk or individual) | Builds your contract repository |
| 6 | Add your top vendors | Creates your vendor registry |
| 7 | Configure contract categories/tags | Organizes for easy search |
| 8 | Set up notification preferences | Ensures nothing is missed |
Tracking Progress
- The onboarding checklist appears in your dashboard until all steps are completed
- You can dismiss it at any time and return via Settings → Onboarding
Skipping Steps
- All steps are optional — skip any that don't apply to your workflow
- You can return to any skipped step later
