Customize dashboard and analytics views with date ranges, filters, and saved configurations.
Date Range Presets

| This Week | Current week (Mon–Sun) |

| This Quarter | Current fiscal quarter |
| This Year | Current fiscal year |
| Last 30 Days | Rolling 30-day window |
| Last 90 Days | Rolling 90-day window |
| Last 12 Months | Rolling year |
| Custom | Pick start and end dates |
Global Filters (apply across all dashboard widgets)
- Vendor: Filter all data by specific vendor(s)
- Department: Show only data for specific department(s)
- Contract Type: Filter by MSA, SOW, NDA, etc.
- Value Range: Minimum/maximum contract value
- Status: Include/exclude specific statuses
Saving Filter Configurations
- Apply your desired date range and filters
- Click "Save View"
- Name your saved view (e.g., "Q1 Tech Vendor Review")
- Access saved views from the dropdown on any analytics page
- Set a saved view as your default (loads automatically)
Sharing Views
- Share saved views with team members
- Team views appear under "Shared Views" in the dropdown
- Recipients see the same filters applied to their data access level
