Utilization Metrics

Reports Available
1. Resource Utilization Report (for T&M SOWs)
- Each vendor resource: name, role, billed hours, capacity, utilization %
- Trend over weeks/months
- Under-utilized resources flagged (< 70%)
- Over-utilized resources flagged (> 100% — potential burnout/error)
2. Contract Value Utilization
- Per-contract: value, spent, remaining, burn rate, projected end
- Contracts likely to exhaust budget early (red flag)
- Contracts significantly under-utilized (possible waste)
3. Vendor Engagement Report
- Activity score per vendor (based on communications, deliveries, invoices)
- Vendors with no activity in 30/60/90 days
- Recommendations for status review (inactive vendors)
