What is Talent Management?
Once vendor resources are engaged, Talent Management tracks their assignments, utilization, and performance throughout the engagement.
Talent Pool (all active vendor resources)
- Name, vendor company, role, start date, SOW reference
- Current assignment and utilization percentage
- Contract end date and renewal status
- Performance rating (from manager feedback)
Assignment Tracking

Vendor Self-Service (Vendor role)
Vendors can manage their own talent pool:
- Add/update team member profiles
- Submit candidates against open requests
- View active assignments
- Track timesheet submissions
