Managing open vendor resource positions and tracking candidate interviews.
Openings Board
Once a resource request is approved, it becomes an "Opening" — an active search for a vendor resource.
Opening Lifecycle
Approved Request → Open Position → Candidates Submitted →
Interviews → Selection → SOW/Contract → OnboardedInterview Board & Candidate Profiles
For each open position, the Interview Board displays:
- Title & Details: Role, candidate counts, and experience requirements.
- Candidate Profiles: A list of all candidates submitted by vendors for that position.
- Candidate Info: Resume, contact details, current title, years of experience, and billing rate.
For Each Candidate
- Profile/resume (uploaded by vendor)
- Submitted rate (hourly/daily)
- Availability start date
- Skills match score (vs. request requirements)
- Interview notes (from hiring manager)
- Hiring manager rating
Actions
- View Candidate Profiles and resumes for each opening
- Update status to Scheduled (requires selecting a date and time) or Awaiting Response
- Confirm and submit status changes to update the interview board log
