Managing open vendor resource positions and tracking candidate interviews.

Openings Board

Once a resource request is approved, it becomes an "Opening" — an active search for a vendor resource.

Opening Lifecycle

Approved Request → Open Position → Candidates Submitted → 
Interviews → Selection → SOW/Contract → Onboarded

Interview Board & Candidate Profiles

For each open position, the Interview Board displays:

  • Title & Details: Role, candidate counts, and experience requirements.
  • Candidate Profiles: A list of all candidates submitted by vendors for that position.
  • Candidate Info: Resume, contact details, current title, years of experience, and billing rate.

For Each Candidate

  • Profile/resume (uploaded by vendor)
  • Submitted rate (hourly/daily)
  • Availability start date
  • Skills match score (vs. request requirements)
  • Interview notes (from hiring manager)
  • Hiring manager rating

Actions

  • View Candidate Profiles and resumes for each opening
  • Update status to Scheduled (requires selecting a date and time) or Awaiting Response
  • Confirm and submit status changes to update the interview board log
