Adding & Onboarding Vendors

How to add new vendors to Zelosify and guide them through the onboarding process.

Methods for Adding Vendors

Method 1: Manual Entry

  1. Navigate to Vendors → click "Add Vendor"
  2. Fill in the vendor information form:
    • Company Name (required)
    • Contact Person (name, email, phone)
    • Company Address (street, city, state, country, zip)
    • Category (select from your configured categories)
    • Tax ID / EIN (for compliance)
    • Website (optional)
    • Notes (internal notes about the engagement)
  3. Click "Create Vendor"

Method 2: Invite Vendor to Self-Register

  1. Navigate to Vendors → click "Invite Vendor"
  2. Enter the vendor contact's email address
  3. The vendor receives an email with a registration link
  4. They complete their own profile, setup their password, and enter details
  5. You review and approve their profile within the registry

Onboarding Workflow

Vendor Invited → Self-Registered → Active

Onboarding Checklist

  • Company profile verified (Name, taxId, phone, email)
  • Primary address and contact person details verified
  • Vendor portal access verified

Automations

  • Automated registration invitation email sent when vendor is invited
  • Automated login setup triggers upon vendor registration completion
