Upgrading / Downgrading Your Plan

How to upgrade or downgrade your Zelosify subscription plan.

Upgrading

  1. Navigate to SettingsBillingPlan
  2. Click "Upgrade" next to the desired plan
  3. Review what's included in the new plan
  4. Confirm — upgrade takes effect immediately
  5. Billing: prorated credit for remaining current period applied to new plan

What Happens on Upgrade

  • New limits take effect immediately
  • All new features become available
  • No data loss or disruption
  • Billing adjusted from upgrade date

Downgrading

  1. Navigate to SettingsBillingPlan
  2. Click "Change Plan" and select a lower tier
  3. Review impact assessment:
    • Features you'll lose access to
    • Whether current usage exceeds new plan limits
  4. If over limits, you'll need to reduce (archive contracts/vendors) before downgrade completes
  5. Confirm — downgrade takes effect at end of current billing period

What Happens on Downgrade

  • Access to higher-tier features continues until end of billing period
  • At renewal: new limits enforced
  • If over limits at renewal: read-only mode until you reduce usage or re-upgrade
  • No data deleted — just access restricted
