Cancellation & Refunds
How to cancel your Zelosify subscription and our refund policy.
Cancelling Your Subscription
- Navigate to Settings → Billing → Plan
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Complete the exit survey (helps us improve)
- Choose:
- Cancel at period end: Continue using Zelosify until your current billing period ends
- Cancel immediately: Access ends now (rare — usually not recommended)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens After Cancellation
| Timeframe | What Happens |
|---|---|
| Billing period end | Access becomes read-only (view but not create/edit) |
| + 15 days | Account enters "Grace Period" — data retained, can reactivate |
| + 30 days | Data export available on request |
| + 90 days | All data permanently deleted |
Data Export Before Cancellation
- Download all your contracts, vendor data, and analytics
- Available from Settings → Data → Export All
- Export formats: ZIP containing PDFs + CSV metadata
- Export available for 30 days after cancellation
Refund Policy
| Scenario | Refund |
|---|---|
| Cancel within 14-day trial | No charge (trial is free) |
| Cancel within 30 days of annual payment | Full refund minus days used |
| Cancel mid-term (annual plan) | Prorated refund for unused months |
| Cancel mid-term (monthly plan) | No refund (access continues to period end) |
| Downgrade | Prorated credit applied to new plan |
Reactivating After Cancellation
- Within grace period (30 days): Simply reactivate from billing page — all data intact
- After grace period: Contact support — may be possible if within 90 days
- After 120 days: Data is permanently deleted — fresh start required
