Cancellation & Refunds

How to cancel your Zelosify subscription and our refund policy.

Cancelling Your Subscription

  1. Navigate to SettingsBillingPlan
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Complete the exit survey (helps us improve)
  4. Choose:
    • Cancel at period end: Continue using Zelosify until your current billing period ends
    • Cancel immediately: Access ends now (rare — usually not recommended)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

Data Export Before Cancellation

  • Download all your contracts, vendor data, and analytics
  • Available from SettingsDataExport All
  • Export formats: ZIP containing PDFs + CSV metadata
  • Export available for 30 days after cancellation

Refund Policy

Reactivating After Cancellation

  • Within grace period (30 days): Simply reactivate from billing page — all data intact
  • After grace period: Contact support — may be possible if within 90 days
  • After 120 days: Data is permanently deleted — fresh start required
