Feature Requests
How to submit feature requests and influence the Zelosify product roadmap.
Submitting a Feature Request
- Navigate to Help Center → "Contact Us" (or email [email protected])
- Describe:
- What you need: The capability you're looking for
- Why you need it: The problem it solves or workflow it improves
- How you work around it today: Current manual process (if any)
- Priority: Nice-to-have vs. blocking a workflow
- Impact: How many users/how often this would be used
What Happens to Feature Requests
- Logged in our product backlog
- Categorized by feature area
- Evaluated against strategic priorities
- Upvoted by other customers requesting the same thing
- Prioritized in quarterly roadmap planning
- Delivered (you're notified when it ships!)
Feature Request Status

| Received | Logged and acknowledged |
| Under Review | Being evaluated by product team |
| Planned | Accepted into roadmap (approximate timeline shared) |
| In Development | Being built |
| Shipped | Available in the platform |
| Won't Do | Not aligned with product direction (with explanation) |
Tips for Effective Feature Requests
- Focus on the problem, not a specific solution (we may find a better approach)
- Include real-world scenarios and use cases
- If it's specific to your industry, mention that
- Rally colleagues to upvote (higher demand = higher priority)
