Feature Requests

How to submit feature requests and influence the Zelosify product roadmap.

Submitting a Feature Request

  1. Navigate to Help Center → "Contact Us" (or email [email protected])
  2. Describe:
    • What you need: The capability you're looking for
    • Why you need it: The problem it solves or workflow it improves
    • How you work around it today: Current manual process (if any)
    • Priority: Nice-to-have vs. blocking a workflow
    • Impact: How many users/how often this would be used

What Happens to Feature Requests

  1. Logged in our product backlog
  2. Categorized by feature area
  3. Evaluated against strategic priorities
  4. Upvoted by other customers requesting the same thing
  5. Prioritized in quarterly roadmap planning
  6. Delivered (you're notified when it ships!)

Tips for Effective Feature Requests

  • Focus on the problem, not a specific solution (we may find a better approach)
  • Include real-world scenarios and use cases
  • If it's specific to your industry, mention that
  • Rally colleagues to upvote (higher demand = higher priority)
