Notification Preferences
Customize which notifications you receive and how — email, in-app, or both.
Configuring Your Preferences
Navigate to Settings → Notifications to customize:
Per-Category Settings

Delivery Timing
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Immediate | Sent as they happen (default for critical) |
| Daily Digest | Bundled into one email per day (configurable time) |
| Weekly Summary | One email per week with all activity |
Quiet Hours
- Set times when non-critical notifications are held
- Critical notifications (signatures, security) always delivered immediately
- Example: Quiet hours 8 PM – 8 AM and weekends
Admin Overrides
Admins can enforce certain notifications as mandatory (cannot be turned off):
- Security alerts (new device, password change)
- Compliance expirations (vendor documents)
- Payment overdue notices
