| Vendor | An external company or individual that provides goods or services to your organization |
| Contract | A legally binding agreement between your organization and a vendor |
| SOW (Statement of Work) | A detailed document defining specific work deliverables, timelines, and costs under a contract |
| Obligation | A specific commitment or requirement extracted from a contract that must be fulfilled |
| Clause | A distinct section within a contract that addresses a specific topic (e.g., termination, payment terms) |
| RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) | AI technology that reads your documents and answers questions based on their content |
| E-Signature | A legally binding electronic signature applied to digital documents |
| Tenant | Your organization's isolated workspace within Zelosify — all data is tenant-scoped |
| AI Credits | Monthly allowance for AI-powered features (contract drafting, Q&A, clause extraction) |
| RBAC | Role-Based Access Control — permissions are granted based on assigned roles |
| SCIM | System for Cross-domain Identity Management — automatic user provisioning from identity providers |
| SSO | Single Sign-On — log in once via your company's identity provider |
| Vendor Manager | Role with full access to vendor lifecycle, contracts, and AI features |
