Managing Users & Roles
How to manage user accounts, roles, and access in Zelosify.
User Management (Settings → Team → Members)
User List View
| Column | Description |

| Name | User's full name |
| Login email address | |
| Role | Assigned role (Admin, Vendor Manager, etc.) |
| Department | Assigned department |
| Status | Active, Pending Invitation, Deactivated |
| Last Active | Last sign-in timestamp |
| MFA | Enabled / Not Set Up |
Actions Per User
| Action | Description |

| Edit Profile | Update name, department, metadata |
| Change Role | Assign a different role |
| Reset Password | Send password reset email to user |
| Require MFA | Force user to set up MFA on next login |
| Deactivate | Disable login without deleting data |
| Reactivate | Re-enable a deactivated user |
| Delete | Permanently remove (with confirmation) |
| View Activity | See this user's audit log |
Changing a User's Role
- Open user's profile from the member list
- Click the role badge
- Select new role from dropdown
- Confirm — takes effect immediately
- User's permissions change on their next page load
Deactivating vs. Deleting

Best Practice: Always deactivate first. Only delete for GDPR erasure requests or permanent removal needs.
