Password Reset & Recovery
How to reset your Zelosify password if you've forgotten it or need to change it.
Forgot Your Password?
- On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?"
- Enter your registered email address
- Click "Send Reset Link"
- Check your email for the reset link (check spam if not found within 2 minutes)
- Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
- Enter your new password (must meet complexity requirements)
- Confirm the new password
- You'll be signed in automatically
Changing Your Password (when already signed in)
- Go to Settings → Account → Security
- Click "Change Password"
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click "Update Password"
Password Requirements
- Minimum 8 characters
- Complexity and security rules (such as character types, history, or reuse prevention) are managed directly at the Identity Provider level
Account Locked?
- After 3 failed password attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes
- If you're still unable to access after the lockout period, use "Forgot Password" to reset
- Contact your admin if you need an immediate unlock
SSO Users: If your organization uses SSO, password management is handled by your identity provider. Use your IdP's password reset flow instead.
