Password Reset & Recovery

How to reset your Zelosify password if you've forgotten it or need to change it.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. On the sign-in page, click "Forgot Password?"
  2. Enter your registered email address
  3. Click "Send Reset Link"
  4. Check your email for the reset link (check spam if not found within 2 minutes)
  5. Click the link (valid for 1 hour)
  6. Enter your new password (must meet complexity requirements)
  7. Confirm the new password
  8. You'll be signed in automatically

Changing Your Password (when already signed in)

  1. Go to SettingsAccountSecurity
  2. Click "Change Password"
  3. Enter your current password
  4. Enter and confirm your new password
  5. Click "Update Password"

Password Requirements

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • Complexity and security rules (such as character types, history, or reuse prevention) are managed directly at the Identity Provider level

Account Locked?

  • After 3 failed password attempts, your account is locked for 15 minutes
  • If you're still unable to access after the lockout period, use "Forgot Password" to reset
  • Contact your admin if you need an immediate unlock

SSO Users: If your organization uses SSO, password management is handled by your identity provider. Use your IdP's password reset flow instead.
